Happy Day, my Funderful Followers:
I am home from our vacation today and pushing back to my "normal" food plan. I got exercise five of the six days between biking trails and Orange Theory gym...but I ate well over my calories burned and lots of carbs.
What was really fascinating was I kind of starting eating less frequently and less in quantity by the end of the few vacation days. I think I naturally prefer Intermittent Fasting and eating one main meal a day. There was one day of the vacation when I ate three times in one day and I was completely overwhelmed with "fullness" and hated the feeling.
My point is - I have created a healthy lifestyle of activity and food that I prefer over the old ways of years ago. It is hard to believe I ever ate that way - no wonder I was obese! I am so grateful to know I have truly made an internal change!
In the picture below we are at a minor league baseball game with our friends! Of course, I am wearing the Red Sox ballcap and sleeveless top!
