Well yesterday's gone and I will be having my morning coffee in a few minutes. My home was 60 degrees this morning so the furnace is on and I am bundled up waiting for the coffee to brew. Today will be my second time calling bingo so willhave to start getting ready pretty soon. For today, I plan intermittent fasting until after 12:00. Yesterday I chose a plain donut around 8 am and then was hungry and didn't choose wisely the rest of the day. I also need to get back to weighing, measuring and tracking food choices. Have a great day everyone. Jesus loves us.
