Ugg. Been out sick with Pneumonia last week and over the weekend. Haven't been to the gym, which I'm gonna have to take my time getting back into so I don't relapse. Just did some hand weights for about 20 minutes just to keep going. The antibiotics made me a little more hungry than normal, but still under 200 lbs.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If it helps... keep in mind that all the extra fluids you may have taken in during your illness are still in you (you'll have to sweat them out). At the point you are cleared to resume normal activities, it may behoove you to drink only when you're (actually) thirsty, versus gorging yourself on water. Thanks all. Feeling a lot better. Just going slow but sure. I'm walking on my breaks at least to maintain some. For sure next week back to the gym to make sure all the sickness is outta me. Looking forward to getting back into the routine.
