To spite the nasty weather we are having here, I still made it to the gym. Burned off a good amount of calories with cardio and weight training. Weigh in was today. 1.6 down!!! I started at 287 lbs and I’m now at 203.2. Gonna keep pushing. Have a blessed day everyone!
