I was determined to record my weight this week, gain or loss, I need to make myself more accountable. I actually had a loss, but I think a big part of that is that I was not feeling well, so didn't eat a lot yesterday. I'll take the loss though and move forward. I'm still not feeling great today, but I've got my healthy foods to eat and I'm going to keep it light. Don't feel bad for me though, it's all self inflicted. I had too many adult beverages and stayed up way too late on Saturday night, so I felt gross yesterday. I think being tired was the worst and I'm still dealing with that too, but I'll catch up. I did have a fun time Saturday and other than the drinks I kept my eating under control, and actually wasn't craving junk, which isn't typical for me.
Now, time to make some healthy choices this week. Have a great Monday!
