Seems I just stick around the same weight.. I've cut my 7up and drinking lots of water.. I do have a glass of Lipton diet citrus green tea once a day.. I'm moving more during the day.. Best I can tolerate with the Fibromyalgia pain.My BS numbers have been Fantastic, that's a Big Plus!!!!
192.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It will happen, just stay focused I only weigh every two weeks for that reason. Bs is a fabulous nsv!
