The morning certainly has gone by fast.Very busy,still going thru fat
clothes.Did my walk of course this morning and dd is coming down tomorrow for breakfast with dh then they are going to the range.
I have a luncheon with my red hat sisters at the No Frills Grill,have
never been there but I'm sure I can get something on program. So I will put food in tomorrow when I get back this way I can see how well
I have done.

210.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
