Ideal Weight's Journal, 13 January 2018

Not sure what happened here. Went from 221.8 (I think?) two weeks ago to 216.4 last week, back to 220.2 today.... So either the scale was off last week or I put on almost 4 pounds. Anyway, been doing okay tracking and being good at work, but struggling in the evenings. UGH.
220.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.8 lb a week

Fluctuations are normal, specially if u a women, hormone, period, stress, not enough sleep, not enough water, after too much salt, after a cheat day, etc...keep being on track n everything will be ok
