why do I go up and down.... errrr
194.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

just remember to take them in stride! It's all a part of the journey. 
I call it homeostasis...your body is trying to stay in its comfort zone. water is a huge variable too.

Everyone goes up and down based on water retention & slight digestive changes... just keep plugging along and the accumulative decrease is your reward

Just stay strong it will come off. I can't weigh everyday every couple of weeks or a month. But you can feel the difference and know your losing. Good luck?
