Hi all,
late start today.Did my early morning walk before the sun rose to high in the sky.its humid here in Fl with rain expected tomorrow.Maybe I should blow up the scale for sure.For some reason I have to see whats going on no matter how small.Yes,I know thats not the whole story.I always use to preach to stay off the scale and I'm the biggest offender Feeling bloated so didn't want to take measurements and you know what I keep fogetting to redo that.Maybe I don't want to see,who knows.
I'm in my comfort zone right now.I think I finally realize I can do this and there is no time limit except for one of the challenges and thats no big deal to achieve(fingers,toes,crossed).You know what...... we are all up to this otherwise we wouldn't be here.Sure there are bumps in the road,but isn't that the way we learn? If for any reason you're having a bad day,think of all the good things that have happened so far or what kind of achievement you did today to get where you're at. If you think its too small,think again.You're here doing the best you can and certainly you aren't going to let that food control you are you? I feel in terms of success there are so many things to consider. Staying the same,weighing your food,drinking your water,exercising,doing your food diary,journaling but most of all loving yourself knowing you can do this no matter what is thrown in your path.Sure,its not easy thats what makes it a wonderful challenge getting to the top of that mountain.Hang in there everyone,you can do this and you know help is just a sentence away.So many wonderful people here to see us thru,because they are going thru the same thing and understand. Well its time to end my soap box for the day.Remember we are all tog and tog we are going to reach goal.I want to say a special hello to my buddies and a special hello to all of you.I know you are having a successful day. So am I and we will have another one tomorrow.I hope I remember where I wrote this,you all know my head isn't attached right.
