Daripada stres ngeliatin angka yg naik turun, karna PMS, cheating, dll, lebih baik kita hargai usaha kita, yg sudah berjuang menahan, mengontrol nafsu 😁. Setidaknya tubuh kita lebih baik dan lebih sehat dari sebelumnya. semangaaat...!
