This month flew by, 15lbs this month!!! I am on my way!!! I am very pound of myself!!! With Halloween this month, I could have used that as an excuse to slack on calories, but I didn't. FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS!!! I am going to start my exercise routine this coming month. I am going to try to establish at habit of working out, since I am out of school through Dec., all my items are finally listed to get rid of them, and LO is pretty much sleeping through the night now. My goal is 20lbs (5lbs a week) for this up coming month, since I know my weight loss will slow in January when school starts back b/c of the class load & all the sitting at a computer that it requires, if I do not establish a pattern NOW!!!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
