Ok so I went to this town with shops like fudge shops ,ice cream and restaurants with the best apple pies and best breads so I went off my diet for one day so now today I will eat 20 carbs or less and see what happens in the scale tommorrow. Since I started Atkins this was my biggest cheat day ever yikes .....wow like 2 pounds over night Yikes 😬

I'm interested to see how this affected you. My brother in law swears that by having a carb up (cheat) day, he may gain a few pounds, but then loses double what he gained within a few days.

@ehead I went down .8 pounds stayed at 21 carbs so tommorrow hopefully a little more 😀
