I did well up until last night, then I was bad after a particularly stressful day.
Could have just gone to bed, but no I hit some Tequilla and fish and chips, bad idea. Followed by chocolate, worse still.
Scales have punished me today, I am hoping that if I'm good and go high protein and veg this weekend, I can claw back what would have been a 4 lb loss (it was looking that way on Thursday)
Still the key is not to throw ones toys in the air and say 'F. It!'
The key is to remember the junk food and Tequilla were not that great anyway. Have a good weekend people.
