Great work. You are really really consistent. Keto way of eating demands that. It takes discipline I didn't know I had and...I didn't know I would enjoy it so much. Congrats on your losses... ;>)

Have to admit that some of my success is due to not making my own meals, as I'm in a temporarily in a Nursing/Physical Rehabilitation facility. I can give myself a little pat on the back for being stubborn. Lately though, the kitchen staff has been bending over backward to give me various low-carb protein sources. I can now even turn my nose up at the bologna, hot dogs, and Salisbury steak which all have carb fillers.
Was really dragging this afternoon & just ran out of MCT oil, so was a bit bummed. I was staring down the barrel of yet more chunks of meat for dinner. When I have control again, I REALLY want to eat more nuts and high-fiber veggies and ease up a bit.
The day really turned around though, when I was surprised with an extra Subway roast beef sandwich that needed a home. People have, for the most part, stopped offering me treats because of my "openly" HFLC WOE & people don't understand the details. If I can scrape the breading off of fish sticks & chicken patties, I sure as heck can peel the bun off a sub!
Dinner may have looked like a CSI autopsy, with every pickle, tomato, & vegetable bit separated into little piles to estimate the nutrition, but 6-ish grams of Carbs never felt so good!

Being meticulous can be such a pain, but I really credit all the "bookkeeping" on FS with really driving home all the details of every crumb I eat. People do look at me funny when I wash the sauces or gravies off of entrées. The other day when I was washing the sauce off some BBQ pulled pork (so many rinses), someone said my face was so focused that it looked like I was panning for gold. :)
