Had gained a couple happy pounds since reuniting with an old friend. Too comfortable I guess, but beer and pizza hurt...lol Snapped back though and hit a plateau, couldn't push my exercise to a higher level due to an injury, so I put myself on the Dairy Free challenge again. In addition, no caffeine for 30 days. Bounced off the plateau, and I swear I feel like I rebooted my system. Trying to get my honey to pull the green smoothie challenge with me (probably not he's got a routine and specific dietary challenges) so.hope to smack my goal in da face by Christmas. Going to be a granny with the week so feeling kinda old and crazy so by Christmas at least I'll be the hot granny...lol...like I haven't already been through enough with my 45th birthday crisis this year. Pray for us, I don't like roller coasters and looks like I am in for a hell of a ride
