Amazing but finally made goal weight , that's crazy because yesterday morning I was bummed at 152 so I buckled down and only ate 16 net carbs , 150 fats grams , 80 protein 1800 calories I did get some good sleep maybe that broke me through that long stand still .... I consider this diet a success 👍 this Atkins diet works now I just have to continue maintenance phase
