Two Pounds down and staying off for the last three days! This looks like a major success and the battle was won by finding what works for me. this is key. this site has so much information and helpful people, but at times I felt myself jumping on other people's plans or way of eating and the information highway is long and sometimes hard to navigate. I miss all of you so much and read a few journals and support as many as I can. Keep trying. Never give up. love yourself and enjoy your life! Good for you! I am really struggling lately to find what's right for me, that I can stick with. I mean...I just ate some Milanos...but that's not right for me, so...yeah.
