Finally my weight has started to go back down. It has been a struggle. I babysat my 3 yr old grandson last week and I was successful at not eating his mistakes. I know that sounds lame, but I have a bad habit of eating the things I fix for him that he wont eat. This time I fixed all the things he liked and he ate really good for me. The rest I threw out. I got a lot of exercise taking him to Silver Dollar City and pushing the stroller up the hills. All in all, it was a good visit. Salad and fish are my friends. Heavy carbs I can do without. This is going to be a great week.

I just got on the scale and am back on program. I have my granddaughter tomorrow but I can make it work. Trouble is that at present I truly hate salads.

Glen, I am 73 yrs old and still learning slowly. I love ice cream in the summer, that is why I have a cone once in a while. If I buy a half gallon container, I will eat the whole thing because I am the only one who eats it.
