Well I was concerned about today's weight because I ate our for birthday party . I didn't even eat a bread stick I only had 2 bites of pasta and a very small piece of cake , all the other food was low carb I'm very proud of myself be cause at this restaurant Olive Garden it's usually 4 bread sticks at least 😱 I could control myself because this low carb diet makes me feel fool 👍1.8 pounds to go
