Here we go again. after 4 lazy months with 3 holidays and guests and cooking and lots of excuses and being stuck I am trying to get back on keto again . While i only gained 1.5 kg back ... so did well with keeping the weight off ... i did not manage to lose or find the motivation to be strict again. I am half way and really need to push harder this time. My goal is lose 10 kg by Xmass but with 2 holidays coming i think i would be happy to lose 8 and make it to 69kg .
It is so hot and Summer and so many temptation and a 3 years old that wanna share everything with mommy and we make ice cream every day !!! healthy sugar free with fresh fruit ... the fruit have some much sugar :((( and its hard ....
I changed my macros . i am going now with 100 Fat , 77 Protein and 25 max Carbs. When i started it i was 92kg and had more protein in my macros. now i recalculated and need to cut down. I also have no time to do sports or treat myself. I do hope that by the end of Sept my boy will be in the Nursery then i will have a bit more time for myself.

I think 4lbs over 4 months is a stunning result...be happy...stop being so hard on yourself and re-introduce yourself gently to your chosen plan...give it some time and patience...and it will fall into place as long as you are consistent with your efforts...
