Shocked to see a full pound gone this week -- and not sure I really believe it. I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing and stay off the scale until next Tuesday... Hoping for the best.

How was the cauliflower experiment?

Haven't done it yet. Should have made it last night because I'm home all day today. But last night I had some intestinal distress from a lunch out on Saturday, so I only ate completley "safe" stuff. Maybe I'll gamble and cook it tonight -- eat just a little and see what happens.
