OK, I admit I've been slipping...a doughnut here, a cookie there but now it's time to get back on track, I know I fell back on eating again with all the frustration I've been getting trying to push ahead with getting my medical stuff done and receiving stone wall in return...
because if I'm not careful I'll go back to being to fat (not P.H.A.T.) TO HAVE ANYTHING FIXED!
