March 10: Weight seems to vary by 100-300 grams every time you measure, even if you try to do so at around the same time of the day, with no clothes or footwear on, and roughly with the same amount of food or shit inside you. I do it every time around noon, naked, when I have had breakfast some one-and-a-half to two hours ago, and been to the loo. Also haven't been working out for a long time. Wanted to go back to the gym when I had lost some kgs through pure diet control, and may go back next week, by when I should hopefully be down to 94 or so, around the same weight I was when we went to Goa at the end of last month. I guess then the average consumption of around 1,500-1,600 calories daily won't suffice...
