Weight moving again. 400g overnight but bit of a plateau before that so not concerned. Getting closer to being in the 70's. Must be 30 years since I've been there. Bough my first size 12 trousers again yesterday as incentives but tried them on and they fitted. Tight though. But I got them on rather easily. So happy with my progress and commitment. This has now become my way of life. It's no longer a diet. So easy to follow as its so simple. Onwards and downwards. 😂 Next goal 70kg.
