I am fasting today Friday. I also fasted on Monday. I did not work on waits for my goal of 3 days. I only did weights Yesterday. So I will work on Weights Today and Saturday. This is the highest RDI I have ever used. But I think it will be good for low and slow weight loss. I start getting greedy once the weight starts coming off. I work even harder. I think speed is my problem. My body works hard to get back to where it was before.

Welcome. I'm a faster too, but can't exercise. Do yo also do Low Carb, High Fat, Medium Protein?

I am low carb High protein. However it is important to cheat every once in awhile. It allows you to be more faithful to your cause. That is why I am trying to loose the weight more gradually. If you cant exercise with weights you should try deep breathing. It is like yoga without the hard positions. It is called Oyxcise. It really works. Exercise pumps oxygen to your blood cells and strengthens your muscles. The Oxycise program does the same thing.
