Yesterday was another decent day for diet metrics I did not make sub 20g carbs only 33g - Still decent enough . I did walk 10000 steps though. Off on holiday later today - A cottage by the sea on IOW. I am hoping to manage some sort of weight loss while away but frankly it's new territory. Slightly worried I will go backwards - Current thoughts are that weather permitting I will get lots of walking in and use extra lost calories to offset extra food that I am certain to eat. All FSers have a fantastic weekend.
