Unfortunately no remembered dreams for me, not even a goat!
Good news is a drop in weight. Three and a bit hours of IF to go this morning - I am not hungry yet.
Today is a very busy day: I have to write up some H&S documents for a local plasterer and a local charity, pick up my car after a tyre replacement and go the to dentist - All being well the car will be ready to pick up before I go to the dentist - They are 300 yards apart and 1-1/2 miles away walking there is my exercise plan for the day.
I have sold a few more hifi bits on eBay this week and now have a large wedge of cash in paypal burning a hole I my treat myself to a fitbit
It's Friday usually my pub night and I am planning on forgoing this more than 20 year ritual for the next two weeks and maybe more in order to stop myself drinking beer.
The weekend is nearly here and the sun is out have a great day everyone
