It's a small drop overall of 0.2kg since last week's official weight BUT it's a 0.9kg drop since yesterday's weight so I'm really happy with this drop :D :)
My official weight this morning is 99.4kg.
The victory here for me is being able to offset the big eating I had last Thursday to Sunday and not allow myself to have a gain this week. Such eating required me to exert extreme discipline this week with my food intake.
Have a safe and awesome weekend everyone and thanks for all the support :)

Thanks everyone :) Thanks LCFF. I was playing with the idea of maybe pushing it for 3 fast days in a row but then I decided against it and ate food at midday today. Wasn't going to be tracking food 100% today but it has become a habit just to see what my protein and carbs might look like. Honestly, I'm not doing that bad considering that I have not been to gym in like 6 months. I am sure that my results would be so much better if I was gyming and burning calories. Ah! Life!

Get yourself some dumbbells...then you can do some stuff at home. Squats, lunges...push ups and situps.. a skipping rope only require a 2 x 2 metre space ;-) The outdoor "gym" forests...beaches...park runs also good. And the BEST part... doesn't cost a cent :)
