the 5th of march i hit ketosis the problem i was having was that i did not know how much i was eating. the next day i found fatsecret now my numbers are real good.over a month of a keto and -10 and +5 pounds not going well. 3 days fatsecret and down 3 pounds. i like how i get to play with the food to get the numbers i want. yahoo

I find myself playing with food to see what I will allow myself for the day. Or if I know I'm going somewhere for dinner, I put that in first and arrange the rest around that. Keto woe is much easier here.
