Well, I am back from a 10 day vacation and have gained weight - what a surprise...not!
Am not at all upset as I knew what was going to happen, and did not even try to limit my carbs or salt intake. Of course, now it is time to get back on track, which I will take one day at a time. The "water weight" will drop off quickly, and I really do not believe there will be too much lingering "fat weight" after a couple of weeks.
Am happy for now. Really enjoyed my vacation experience and have returned refreshed and renewed.
