1. Steak night was great! Might have enjoyed it a bit too much. I don't feel like I over ate...but, I was very happily full. Much smaller portions than I used to eat for sure. Consumed about 2,600 Kcal yesterday...so, a little higher than normal.
2. Weight shot up over a 1.5 pounds this morning.
3. I have managed to stay away from the salt shaker all together and have cut a lot of salt out of my cooking as well. However, cooking with bacon fat and salted butter tends to add plenty of salt.
4. Taking in about 2,500 ml of water per day now.
5. Blood sugar was 110 mg/dL.
6. blood pressure at 139/95 @ 89 bpm.
7. Ketosis was up a good bit today @ a 61.
8. Got in a little house work and cooked a great meal yesterday. But, not much exercise.

370.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 120.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
