Decent day yesterday. It was an AWESOME workout. Still learning a lot too. I know I can do more, but I have no interest in hurting myself as a beginner. Pushing my limits will come in time.
Headed to the sawmill tomorrow to dig through some dried catalpa wood for the grape & berry trellis. Excited to try to get some of this going. I'm also thinking about turning over the soil to start getting the cover grass to die off. Clean out the chicken coop is on the plan and probably start setting posts for a new run for the dog. Lots to do :)
Hope you all have a great weekend!!

Deadlift 125x4, 135x3, 145x3, 155x3, 165x3 and 175x4. Then an AMRAP of wall balls, rowing, chest to bar pull-ups, and dumbbell snatches. Then I wrapped up with bench 55x20, 75x20x2 and hanging sit ups.

how many pullups? and what is AMRAP? What's your ave rest time between sets?
Looks like a good workout. I'm 56 so I'm beginning to decline.
I did just complete an 8 min plank challenge last Sunday.

AMRAP = As Many Reps As Possible in a given time. We did 14 min. It was sets of 50 wall balls, 40 cal row, 30 snatches and 20 pull ups (I used an assist band) I got through 1 full set plus 50 more wall balls and 21 cal row
