Over the past 15 years or so I have periodically addressed my weight, bringing it down some, bouncing back some, and maintaining the balance. I was around 140kg before my scales stopped weighing me in 2002. I have been at my current weight more or less for three years and it is now time to get it under 100 and keep it there. I enjoy tramping (hiking) and will enjoy it even more with less weight to carry.
