Tomorrow I get my cheat meal! WOO HOO!!!

I have not been really hungry on this portion of my meal plan. Starting Sunday night I get to add things back in and get a more variety of foods. I'm ready!

Have to stay true. Today I'm helping with a bake sale that's going on during a dinner at my church. I've ordered a to-go meal from the dinner & will choose a dessert. That is my cheat meal for tomorrow.

Only 1.5 lbs to go to get to the 10 lbs lost mark!
168.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
