Ok, so here is my gain for the week. I made some changes and apparently not good. I am a creature of habit. I normally eat the same things for breakfast and lunch all week. I added red peppers and mushrooms to my eggs and removed rice and fruit from lunch. Now it's time to figure out which one of these changes caused the gain.

If your carbs and calories were significantly higher one day, that can do it...

Look at the salt. Unexplained weight gain when a diet is not changed or food is removed is water retention. Removing any kind of food won't make you gain, and red peppers and mushrooms have next to no caloric value and won't make you gain. If that doesn't explain it, look at your activity level.
