Very surprised this morning when I stepped on the scale. Down 5 more lbs. I have been following my diet extremely well this week. Went to the gym last night and did 3.03 miles in 50 minutes while burning 356 calories. Wasn't feeling very good yesterday,think I had a bit of the keto flu, but I powered through with plenty of water and not giving in. Feel a lot better today and my blood sugar levels have been between 104 and 107 for the last 24 hours. Hoping the rest of the week goes as good as the beginning. Hope everyone has a great day!!!!
182.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
