Yesterday evening was the first day of my p90x workouts.
It was amazingly tough. I was disappointed with my performance on the ab ripper section, but I will get better with time.
I am very sore this morning.
I actually woke up after about 7 hours of sleep and couldn't get back to sleep because I couldn't find a position to lie in that wasn't sore.


p90x countdown: 89 days left and feeling good.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
