I lost this week! Gosh, wish I knew exactly why, but I think I just ate more healthy and LESS. So, fewer calories all around.
I feel inspired - once again, "eat fewer calories" works for weight loss! All I have to do is keep it up.
This is the year that I have to get my things in order and losing weight is on the top of the list. Can't believe it's FEBRUARY already!
