Maintained weight for 13 days - Time to get the scale moving again. To maintain for me is actually a good thing. I've been low carbing but added a few more things into the food plan this past 13 days .
154.7 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
