I have been out of town for nearly a week. Mostly eating out and sitting for lectures all day. Not my idea of a balanced life. I am home today and will be heading to the Y soon for my regular workout. I will feel better soon and hopefully continue my weight loss. This doesn't really feel like a setback. I already feel back on track, just weighing a bit more.
