Well, here it is Monday again! Had a pretty good weekend, played 6 games of softball on Saturday, man am I sore today! It was good though to get out there and get some good exercise in! Actually ate very well too! I packed all my food and stuck to it for the most part! Sunday was a veg day for me, the hubby was out of town for the weekend so I had the house all to myself, it was great! I cleaned and just did nothing! Didn't eat much due to not really being hungry....
SO today is the day! I am going to kick this in the booty and get to my goal! I had a lot of time to refocus this weekend and I am ready! I have decided that I am going to push myself in the gym and get this weight off once and for all! As for eating, I am and have continued to do good with that, so I am not going to kick myself in the butt for that, it will be the exercising that I am kicking butt for! I plan on making it to the gym 3 days a week and then also do some cardio or walking or something after work also. Since my hubby is working out with me after work it makes it a lot easier to do it! My meals for today will be a grapefruit for breakfast, smoothie, veggies for lunch, piece of fruit and for dinner I think I will do some rice and veggies....I am hoping that this time it will work for me, I am so ready!!!!
