I am very pleased with my results up to this point! I didn't think I was going to make it though Phase I, but I did it!!!! The 1st time I did this diet it was so easy, guess it was mind over matter.....but I did it and I am very proud of myself! Now on to Phase II! I know that I can do this now and I know that once I am finished I will be very pleased with my results! Wishing everyone else great success!

Feeling better today, my husband is the best! Got up this morning and did 15 minutes on the elliptical machine, now painting our newly remodeled bathroom. Going to keep pushing along and going to make my goal happen for me! I know I can do this! Wishing everyone else the best of luck as well!

I have been so depressed the past couple days with dieting, I hate not being able to eat what I want when I want, but I am pushing myself, forcing myself to stick with what I need to do. I have 3 more days of Phase I and I KNOW I can do it! Moving on to Phase II will be good, I am a huge meat eater and being able to add that back into my diet will be very nice. Knowing that I am doing good with the exercise and eating side of things, is what is helping me get through this...along with ecouragement from my husband, he has been so wonderful helping me though this, specially the past few days! Good luck to all of you that are in the same boat!

OK, so I officially started back on the diet the 24th and am so ready to get the weight back off!!!!! I didn't gain all back that I originally lost, but I intend to lose all that I did plus!!! I did start back at the gym in November and fell off as the holidays got busy and I got pretty sick...but I am back and in the full swing of things! I am so ready to be comfortable with myself like I was a year ago! So far so good....wish me luck!
Jan 27th ~ Feeling pretty great today...I have worked out ever day this week, going to the gym Monday and today, Volleyball Monday night, the elliptical machine at home on Tuesday and Zumba last night. Feeling pretty good about things so far! Eating nothing but rice, veggies and fruit is so hard, but I am pushing myself to get through the first 9 days...then I can add in meat and other things! I never really stopped eating good, I just didn't watch how much and that is what kicked my butt...also, not working out as much I am sure had something to do with it! But I am back and ready to kick this weight in the butt and look great this summer!!! Best of luck to you all!

I am back and so ready to get all this flippen weight off!!! Starting back at the gym today with a buddy so hopefully that will help me get to my goal! Not sure what my weight is right now, but I know it isn't good. I will weigh in the AM and put it in here so I can stay accountable! I am SO ready to win this battle!!! Wish me luck!!!
