Yay! A new decade! When I was 27, my highest weight as an adult was around 168. You know the old saying, "I wish I was as slim now, as I was the last time I thought I was fat"? I'm almost there! Yippee! Adding in the extra carbs seems to have kick started losing again. Hmmmm. And yes, I'm feeling the car cleaning workout. LOL! Have a great Monday, buddies! ~Kes

I agree so much with what you write Kes. Looking back at my old photos I can see that I was quite slum at 140 lbs after having my first child We are heading back to our youth dear buddy 😃

Thank you, my friends! Now, if I could just go out salsa dancing 3-4 nights a week, like I did back then, I'd be down to 130 in no time! LOL I see Ollie-the-troll is back on a Monday, so I'm staying in Buddy-only mode until he goes away.
