A new 25 year low. I ate twice as much yesterday as I usually do. But I also did some pretty heavy yardwork, cleaning up after the storm. Even though it was a cool, dry 72 degrees, I worked up quite a sweat. Fall in the South is just wonderful. This morning, it was 52 degrees when I got up. I've slept with the windows open the last few days, and I've slept so well! Things are slowly returning to normal. I heard from my boss that the power is on at work, so I'll be busy tomorrow, catching up with all the people who cancelled for the storm. Have a great Tuesday, my FS family! ~Kes

Great workout using the yard. As time consuming as it is, you really do double-duty cleaning, as you're burning calories and you're not eating while you rake leaves and pick up debris.

Thanks everybody! Yes, it does feel good to be lighter than I've been in a very long time. I went to lunch today with the ex, and my favorite jeans kept sliding down my hips! LOL!
