30 push-ups 30 sit ups yesterday plus plenty of other body group exercises and stretching. And I'm feeling the effects this morning. My right-hand shoulder is starting to flare I injured it last year did I fall where I suffered a concussion, so I think I will rest it for a couple days and concentrate on using my left hand and arm. It's good therapy for my weak left side, anyway. Lower back is sore too I'm sure from the situps.
i've got plenty of work to do here around the house as I'm leaving for the West Coast soon. I was supposed to travel down to the office today but things are a mess down there, so I just said F it. I have another paying gig that I should concentrate on this fall and winter. Kind of sucks but that's the way it is.

Hey, green arrows are always good. Just ease up on the shoulder, but I find easy lifting often the best solution for building from a slight injury. Good luck with it all.
