I have lost 60 pounds so I make my goals in 15 pound increments so that I don't get too overwhelmed. So I know I have more weight to loose but for now I look at my next 15 pound goal..... here I goooooo!

Thank you .... I have been a yo yo my whole life. So I hope this will stabilize my bad behavior going forward ... it has completely changed my life and what I eat and I am very happy about that ...

I love how you do your goals in 15 pound increments! That gives me an idea because looking at how many total pounds I have to go is overwhelming! I've lost over 40 pounds so far but have almost 70 left to go. Let's do this together! :)

I have only posted for two days what I eat and drink. Even though I thought I was eating healthy I can see that I need to exchange the carbs and fats and get focused on my protein. Since I am a gastric surgery person most of my intake should be protein.
