Tonight I have a potluck to attend--my 4th holiday party in as many days! I am just basically taking the holidays off, though I am trying not to gorge. Naturally, there will be consequences, but I will accept them without panic, and continue on my journey. I still have goals to meet for February and March, and I'll do my best.
