I seem to be stuck :( Weight going up and down by 200 gr . Could be the hormones too , or my body taking a break after losing 8 kg. will try an intermittent fasting next week .
182.8 lb Lost so far: 20.1 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
