Very happy with this mornings weigh in. There won't be much in the formal exercise today as we we are headed to meet my mother in law to celebrate my hubby's 50th birthday. It isn't until next Tuesday but hey you have to start celebrating some time. So a late lunch/early dinner out and ice cream after wards is in my near future. I'm not worrying about it though, because there are things in life that need to be celebrated.
